relied on the protection afforded to
novices she carefully harvested two
stocks of pale green grass and in a
prepared State swiftly dispatched two
monsters she obtained a white treasure
chest and gained 10 experience points as
well as a green Treasure Chest granting
her an additional 50 experience points
the monsters emerging from the pale
green grass were not all Elite level
creatures hence the presence of treasure
chests in two distinct colors gu tontion
stored the chests in her space and and
continued her grass Gathering she left
untouched only the pale lavender and
pale blue grasses in this patch clearing
the rest entirely I in total she
collected fodder 40 and gained 20
experience points having already
possessed ample fodder her stockpile had
now increased even further though she
remained uncertain of its future utility
perhaps it could be saved for later use
in truth she was not particularly fond
of harvesting grass as it often resulted
in cuts on her hands she had named this
particular grass-blade grass due to its
leaves resembling sharp blades if one
was not cautious one could easily find a
slender wound appearing on the back of
their hand shallow yet distinctly

burrow into the Earth when gonon had
been digging previously they had
vanished in an instant seemingly evading
her on purpose it was known that she
needed to collect 10 of these molted
shells yet today after half an hour of
digging she finally spotted one black
shelled Beetle motionless and resembling
a moled shell could she contain her Joy
however in her excitement she lost her
caution without testing the waters she
hastily reached out with her left hand
to pick up the shell to her surprise
just as she was about to touch it the
shell suddenly moved it was not a shell
it was a live black shelled beetle the
beetle swiftly bit down on her left
index finger gu tontion cried out in
pain but restrained herself from
flinging the creature away instead she
dropped her spade and Drew her dagger
aiming it at the blackshell beetle
fortunately given its larger size she
managed to slice the beetle in half
without injuring her own fingers just as
she sighed in relief she felt a tingling
sensation at the sight of the bite I
don't know was it venomous wasn't he
this supposed to be an ordinary level
creature guon tion did not accept side
quests lightly she had perused the
details and initially thought it was a
non-aggressive insect but the data
indicated that the blackshell beetle was
indeed an ordinary level monster given
that it was merely ordinary she had
boldly accepted the task but who could
explain to her why an ordinary level
monster possessed Venom and where was
the system notification regaining her
composure gonon un brandished her dagger
and stabbed down at the now haved black
shell beetle in the brief moment her
attention had waned the half of its body
with the pincers had already begun to
burrow into the sand had she delayed any
longer she might have lost her chance to
catch it she repeatedly stabbed at the
remaining half of the beetle with her
